Cancellation Policy
All refunds and cancellations must comply with the following policy: To be eligible for a full refund, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund. However, appointments may be rescheduled up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment time, subject to availability. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of fees paid. No-shows are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. A no-show is defined as failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice or cancellation within the required time frame. Appointments missed due to no-shows will be forfeited in full, and the full cost of service will be retained.
