Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: In the event that a person needs to cancel their appointment, a refund may be requested 24 hours in advance. 24 Hour notice is required for all rescheduled appointments. Please contact Shila Johnson at divine.elevation111@gmail. com if you need to cancel and/or reschedule your session. No Show Policy: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a "no show" and will not be eligible for a refund.
